आचरण प्रमाण-पत्र के लिए Bihar ServicePlus का Home Department application form। सही district, police station और certificate का purpose चुनें।

क्या फायदा मिलेगा? / Benefits
संबंधित police authority के verification के बाद certificate/report जारी होता है। किसी नौकरी या अन्य application की acceptance receiving authority तय करती है।
कौन Apply कर सकता है? / Eligibility
- Certificate की आवश्यकता वाला individual अपने address, purpose और पिछले दो वर्षों के residence details सहित आवेदन कर सकता है। Form की declaration सही होना जरूरी है; certificate issuance police verification पर निर्भर है।
Required Documents / जरूरी दस्तावेज
- Applicant photograph और portal में चुना गया identity document। Official list में Aadhaar, voter ID, PAN, passport, driving licence और अन्य accepted photo IDs के विकल्प हैं; सभी एक साथ अनिवार्य नहीं हैं।
- Permanent/current address तथा पिछले दो वर्षों के domicile details तैयार रखें। Official form में self-declaration पढ़ें और केवल सही facts दें।
Fee, Time & Application Mode
- Application Fee
- जाँचे गए service description में fee amount नहीं दिया गया है; official portal / counter पर confirm करें।
- Processing Time
- Official service description में 14 दिन, सरकारी छुट्टियों को छोड़कर। संबंधित district authority की वर्तमान instructions भी देखें।
- Application Mode
- Online, RTPS counter / by hand या kiosk; service description के अनुसार।
Apply कैसे करें?
- Official Apply Link खोलें और language, applicant/address, police station तथा purpose चुनें।
- Photograph, applicable document और residence history दें। Declaration पढ़कर केवल official portal पर submit करें।
- Acknowledgement सुरक्षित रखें और official reference से status देखें।
After Applying / आगे क्या करें?
- Form में mobile number SMS download link और email certificate delivery के लिए दिया जाता है। Approval के बाद official delivery instructions देखें।
Important Notes / ध्यान रखें
Home Department की service, issuing police authority district के अनुसार। यह RTPS residence/caste/income की Anchal–SDO–DM three-level service नहीं है।
