यह सेवा क्या है? / What is this?

Accidental death / specified disability के लिए सालाना renewable insurance। Eligible व्यक्ति अपने participating bank / post office से enrol करें।

क्या फायदा मिलेगा? / Benefits

Accidental death या defined total permanent loss पर ₹2 लाख; specified one-eye / one-hand / one-foot loss पर ₹1 लाख। हर बीमारी या disability इसमें covered नहीं है।

कौन Apply कर सकता है? / Eligibility

• 18–70 वर्ष का individual bank / post-office account holder, enrolment और auto-debit consent के साथ। Multiple accounts से duplicate cover नहीं मिलता।

Required Documents / जरूरी दस्तावेज

• Prescribed enrolment / consent-cum-declaration form और account-linked auto-debit authorization। Applicable KYC requirements अपने bank / post office से confirm करें।

Application Fee

Annual premium ₹20, consent के आधार पर account से auto-debit। Latest premium bank से confirm करें।

Application Mode

Participating bank / post office के माध्यम से।

Apply कैसे करें?

1. अपने bank / post office में scheme की eligibility और terms पढ़ें।
2. Enrolment form व auto-debit consent वहीं दें और acknowledgement लें।

After Applying / आगे क्या करें?

1. Premium debit तथा insurance certificate / renewal status अपने bank से confirm करें। Claim की स्थिति में official claim process वहीं से शुरू करें।

Important Notes / ध्यान रखें

Policy year 1 June–31 May है। Natural death cover नहीं। Age 70, account closure या insufficient balance पर cover समाप्त हो सकता है; exact policy terms पढ़ें।
