भूमि के अधिकार में बदलाव की mutation application और official case tracking। यह financial grant नहीं है; आवेदन पर competent authority द्वारा निर्णय होता है।

कौन Apply कर सकता है? / Eligibility

  • जिस व्यक्ति ने भूमि में अधिकार प्राप्त किया है, वह acquisition के अनुसार supporting evidence के साथ आवेदन कर सकता है।
  • Previous holder की online jamabandi में संबंधित plot और पर्याप्त area उपलब्ध होना चाहिए।
  • अधिकार प्राप्त करने के 90 दिनों के भीतर आवेदन करें; delayed application के लिए condonation petition आवश्यक है।

जरूरी दस्तावेज / Documents

  • Registered deed, relevant partition proof, inheritance के लिए death certificate/genealogy, probated will या competent order — जिस acquisition basis पर आवेदन है, उसी के अनुसार evidence दें।
  • Jamabandi holder के अलावा किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से acquired land के मामलों में current FAQ के अनुसार additional genealogy, linking या consent evidence आवश्यक हो सकता है।
  • Delayed application हो तो condonation petition दें।

Apply कैसे करें?

  1. BiharBhumi का official citizen login खोलें और अपने mobile number से login करें।
  2. Mutation application में acquisition basis, parties और relevant plot/area की requested details भरें।
  3. Acquisition तथा applicant/previous-holder relationship के अनुसार supporting evidence upload करें।
  4. Official flow में required OTP verification पूरा करें और application preview carefully review करें।
  5. Final Submit के बाद token/application details सुरक्षित रखें।

After Applying / आगे क्या करें?

  1. Official mutation case-status page पर case/deed/year की requested details देकर application देखें।
  2. Correction या further action के लिए official citizen login में उपलब्ध विकल्प उपयोग करें।

Apply कैसे करें?

  1. Official Pay Online Lagaan route खोलें और district, anchal तथा halka/mauza चुनें।
  2. Available identifier जैसे raiyat name, plot, khata या jamabandi number से संबंधित record खोजें।
  3. सही record और उसकी payable demand carefully check करें, फिर official payment flow आगे बढ़ाएँ।
  4. Payment/transaction details और उपलब्ध receipt सुरक्षित रखें।

After Applying / आगे क्या करें?

  1. Failed या pending payment के लिए official verification page पर transaction ID दें।
  2. Transaction ID न मिले तो jamabandi search के बाद Previous Payments विकल्प से depositor/transaction details देखें।
