इस guide का इस्तेमाल कैसे करें?

  1. अपनी जरूरत का service / scheme card चुनें।
  2. उसी सेवा की eligibility और document checklist पढ़ें।
  3. जहाँ level options हों, जरूरत का Anchal / SDO / DM विकल्प चुनें। बाकी सेवाओं का अपना application flow है।

Eligibility, Documents & Apply steps / पूरी तैयारी

Policy के covered risks और assessment rules के अनुसार crop-loss claim मिलता है; application करने से fixed payment की guarantee नहीं है।

कौन Apply कर सकता है? / Eligibility

  • Notified area में notified crop उगाने वाले farmer, tenant और sharecropper, जिन्हें crop / land में insurable interest साबित करना हो। Participation voluntary है।

जरूरी दस्तावेज / Documents

  • Aadhaar / applicable enrolment proof, mobile और bank-account details official process के अनुसार।
  • Land record / LPC; tenant या sharecropper के लिए State-approved agreement / evidence। Sown crop या sowing intent का prescribed evidence और bank passbook तैयार रखें।

Apply कैसे करें?

  1. State, crop, season और enrolment deadline पहले जाँचें।
  2. नए farmer के लिए linked registration खोलें; existing farmer official homepage में Farmer Corner → Login for farmer चुनें।
  3. Official account में crop/land details और applicable documents दें, premium देखकर submit करें और receipt रखें।

After Applying / आगे क्या करें?

  1. Official homepage में Application Status → Check Now चुनें; Policy ID और CAPTCHA से status मिलता है।
  2. Loss report / grievance के लिए official Krishi Rakshak portal या 14447 का उपयोग करें; अपनी policy की reporting timeline देखें।
Application Fee
Farmer premium की अधिकतम दर: Kharif 2%, Rabi 1.5%, commercial / horticultural crops 5% of sum insured। Applicable quote और State notification देखें।

क्या सभी सेवाओं के documents और eligibility एक जैसे हैं?

नहीं। हर service card में उसकी अपनी checklist और application steps दिए हैं।

सही service level कहाँ मिलेगा?

जहाँ levels उपलब्ध हैं, वे उसी सेवा के नीचे दिखते हैं। Level के साथ authority, समय और previous-level reference की जानकारी पढ़ें।

Application status या certificate कैसे देखें?

चुनी हुई सेवा में Track Application या Download Certificate विकल्प उपलब्ध हो तो उसका इस्तेमाल करें। सभी सेवाओं में ये विकल्प एक जैसे नहीं होते।
