यह सेवा क्या है? / What is this?

Eligible Bihar students की higher education के लिए education loan। पहले अपना course और institution की eligibility जाँचें; यह scholarship या सभी को मिलने वाला cash grant नहीं है।

क्या फायदा मिलेगा? / Benefits

संशोधित guideline में अधिकतम ₹4 लाख का interest-free education loan है। Approved fees और निर्धारित study/living expenses के लिए सहायता मिलती है; sanctioned amount course के अनुसार तय होता है।

कौन Apply कर सकता है? / Eligibility

• Bihar resident, eligible recognized institution/course में admission या selection; सामान्यतः 12वीं पास, eligible polytechnic course के लिए 10वीं का प्रावधान है। Border-state schooling की विशेष शर्तें guideline में देखें।
• Application date पर अधिकतम आयु 25 वर्ष; graduation-entry वाले निर्धारित postgraduate courses के लिए 30 वर्ष।
• पहले से उसी academic level की degree होने पर सामान्यतः दोबारा coverage नहीं; technical/management courses के exceptions और approved course list पढ़ें।

Required Documents / जरूरी दस्तावेज

• Applicant और co-applicant का Aadhaar; self-attested application और qualifying marksheets/certificates।
• Admission/course-duration proof, institution fee statement और applicant की bank passbook with IFSC।
• Applicant/co-applicant के दो passport photos; residence/address proof के लिए guideline में स्वीकृत विकल्पों में से एक।
• Scholarship या free-education certificate, यदि लागू हो। Original documents DRCC verification के लिए रखें।

Application fee inspected revised guideline में स्पष्ट नहीं; इसे स्वतः free न मानें। Loan पर संशोधित interest-free नियम लागू हैं।

Official registration उपलब्ध है; eligibility, approved institution और sanction अलग जाँच हैं।

Apply कैसे करें?

1. Official registration में BSCC चुनें और current approved course/institution requirements पढ़ें।
2. Online application पूरा कर उसकी copy सुरक्षित रखें; DRCC में original और self-attested documents के साथ verification कराएँ।
3. Verification, loan agreement और sanction के बाद official instructions के अनुसार disbursement प्रक्रिया पूरी करें।

After Applying / आगे क्या करें?

1. Registration ID से official Application Status देखें; institution/course changes अपने DRCC से confirm करें।
2. अगली instalment के लिए academic progress proof दें। यह repayable loan है: moratorium के बाद ₹2 लाख तक अधिकतम 84 और उससे अधिक पर 120 monthly instalments का संशोधित प्रावधान है।

Important Notes / ध्यान रखें

17 October 2025 के official letter के साथ प्रकाशित revised guideline इस्तेमाल करें। पुराने FAQ के interest rates वर्तमान revised terms नहीं हैं। Repayment/moratorium और co-applicant obligations agreement से समझें।
